- No party. - No Cannabis or drug use on premises. Immediately evacuated if neighbors complain without any refunds. - No indoor smoking. - Please check our house manual in the house for schedules regarding pool, garden and waste services. - Please keep the pool's gates locked after use. - Please no eating in beds or sofa (it’s actually ok so long we don’t notice it after you’ve checked out, otherwise, we regret to inform that there is fine of $150 per incident). For those travel with furry members, to preserve the home's furniture and linens, please note: - Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture. - Pets are not allowed to be left unattended unless crated. - Pet owners will be responsible for damages. - There is an addition pet fee per stay, which goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules.

Please note that our pool, mini golf course, and outdoor dining area are shared among the guests of our 4 units in the complex.
